What a beautiful little town of Challis Idaho! We took Jaxyn to her rodeo this last weekend and had such a fun time as a family! Friday night we enjoyed the slack performance and Hatcher enjoyed these little dogs that he packed around the entire night! All that little guy needs is his boots and an animal! He also enjoyed these little bucking shoots they had. He would get in there and tell Jaxyn to shut the gate, then she would open it and he would come out like a bull. He had to take his boots off so he could, "buck good." Challis is small and we got a motel to sleep in not knowing for sure what to expect but I figured for $60 it couldn't be that great. I think Jaxyn's face says it all, disappointment! She was so excited to stay in a hotel and when she walked in the door she said, "Well, I definitely thought it would be nicer than this." I had to agree with her, but we had a place to sleep and another memory!
What a fun summer you have had at rodeos! We feel the same as you as far as the motel in Challis. Looks like you stayed at the same place we do when we go there for wrestling tournaments. I really like Challis and the people there are very nice. Like you said, not a great motel, but another memory! :-)
