Sunbeams!

Jesus wants me for a Sunbeam! I can hardly believe that Hathcher is old enough for primary! The first week was a little rough with tears and needing mom and dad, but week #2 he made it all the way through! Way to go bud. I hate that my baby is growing up way to fast! He was so proud to have his scriptures like the big kids. You look way to grown up Hatcher!

Projects!

I love fixing up old furniture and giving it new life. I wish I had taken before pics, but it was a great transformation! It will look so cute at Jaxyn's desk! Funky and fun!

Welcome 2011

We welcomed 2011 in with family, games, food, and fun. The kids had fun New Years day just hanging out with cousins, bubble baths, snow forts and more games! I love the start of a new year and new goals. Here we come 2011, hope its a great one!

Christmas Morning!

I love the magic of Christmas morning! The kids were more than excited about all of their treasures! Hatcher got a red barn with animals and some tools. I never thought he would put the two together, but he has had more fun fixing his barn with his "toodels."Jaxyn has kept us all busy playing games, she loves family game night!

Santa is Coming!

I love that the kids were sooo excited this year! Hatcher really got into the mood and was so excited for Santa to come. Christmas PJ's and scrap books helped to get them excited. It was fun to be with Ralph, Vauna and Kristen, she was excited as Hatcher and Jax!

Christmas Eve

We had fun Christmas Eve going to a movie together and then to see a nativity and see some animals the kids feed. Then it was off to Remos for dinner with the Wheatley gang. After, we went up to grandma Edwards to visit and open gifts. On our way up to grandmas we looked at some Christmas lights and found Santa handing out candy canes! Jaxyn was in another vehicle with the cousins and Hatcher was scared to death when we pulled up to Santa. He kept saying, "I need Jaxyn!" Some kids carry a blankie, he just needs his Jaxyn!

Christmas Sugar Cookies!

Guess who did more tasting than frosting?
These look good enough to eat!

Jaxyn with her favorite cookie, what an artist you are sis!
I just couldn't resit this cute little bum! Even his 2T undies are saggy.

It's a Hatch family tradition to make home made Christmas sugar cookies. I can remember as a kid looking forward to this every year and competing with my brother and sister who had the best one. Of course Dane won hands down every year on Easter eggs and sugar cookies! I love that Jaxyn cold do this kind of stuff all day and that Hatcher really had no interest except for to eat the frosting and decorations!

Hatcher or Rudolph?

I did a Christmas count down for the kids which had a fun activity or prize for the 24 days before Christmas. Hatcher and Jaxyn were so excited to do it every day! One of the days I had reindeer horns and nose and we were to sing Rudolph the red nosed reindeer. That night Jaxyn planned family home evening and had Hatcher come out wearing this! He was so serious about his important roll and got on all fours for the entire song acting like a reindeer. I love these memories!
